Sponsorship Information

The 2008 Stanford HPC Conference is pleased to provide an opportunity to your organization to reach this important audience by becoming a conference sponsor.

The conference will be held August 28th & 29th on the beautiful Stanford University campus at the James H. Clark Center. We expect to draw 200+ attendees consisting of users, administrators, researchers and developers from the high performance computing and research centers located in Northern CA.

Conference programming includes research presentations from Bio-X, Flow Physics and Computational Engineering, Earth Science, Computer Science and SLAC, in addition to workshops and tutorials on HPC related software.

Dinner Sponsorship includes:
(3 Opportunities @ $2,000 ea)

• One table top display at dinner event & logo on dinner welcome poster
• Vendor name, description and hyperlink logo on conference website and mention in all marketing materials
• Vendor table outside main Auditorium (preferred location)

Lunch Sponsorship includes:
(2 Opportunities @ $1,500 ea)

• One table top display in lunch area
• Vendor name and logo placement on conference website, logo on conference signs and posters
• Vendor table outside main Auditorium

Break Sponsorship includes:
(4 Opportunities @ $600 ea)

• One table top display in break area
• Vendor name and logo placement on conference website, logo on conference signs and posters

Poster Session Sponsorship includes:
(1 Opportunity @ $800)

• One table top display in Poster Session area
• Vendor name and logo placement on conference website, logo on conference signs and posters
